RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or has had the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return
Email us at support@urbanswimwear.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
